Key Protection Clauses
No Blind Buying Policy
The client shall not be asked to commit any non-refundable deposit until they have been provided with GPS coordinates and a copy of the land title for independent verification.
Exit Points
The Transactional Flow provides clear "Exit Points." If due diligence reveals any legal inconsistency or encumbrance, the client has the right to terminate the process with full return of escrowed funds.
Enforcement
This Transactional Policy is enforced by Metro and Manor Limited in collaboration with partnering legal firms. We reserve the right to halt any transaction that does not meet these security criteria.
