Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.metroandmanor.co.ke or by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Republic of Kenya. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.

Due Diligence Policy
"No Blind Buying" Clause
You are entitled to receive full documentation and coordinates before committing funds. For diaspora investors, "Remote Execution" means we utilize digital workflows and legal power of attorney where necessary; however, the client is responsible for ensuring they understand the legal implications of remote title registration.
Financial & Escrow
Non-Binding LOI
Submitting a Letter of Intent does not constitute a purchase and does not obligate the client to pay the full property price.
Escrow Protection
All transaction funds are held in advocate-controlled escrow accounts. Metro and Manor Limited does not directly hold client investment funds.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Metro and Manor Limited or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of profit or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya for any disputes.
Revisions & Errata
Materials on our website could include technical or typographical errors. Metro and Manor Limited does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to materials at any time without notice.
